An ideal massage for those involved in sports or physical careers, focusing on both the outer and deeper layers of muscles using targeted massage techniques.

This treatment is carried out in our luxurious spas and is designed to be a complete spa experience.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to change into robe & slippers and start your relaxation journey in our luxurious relaxation areas.  You are welcome to use the relaxation lounges as long as you wish after your treatment.

All Lubss Spa therapies also include a complimentary foot ritual treatment prior to your treatment starts, this is designed to ensure you are completely relaxed and at ease and enable you to get full enjoyment from your chosen spa therapy.

Our aim is to make sure you feel completely at ease and relaxed during your spa experience, you will be fully looked after before, during and after your treatment by our team of therapists and spa hosts.
